Shipping, Delivery & Installation

We work with leading third-party shipping agencies to ensure that your products are delivered in perfect condition and within the timelines as mentioned within 7-21 days, unless the product is shipped to special locations. We charge a nominal delivery fee on all our orders based on your location of delivery and the applicable charges will be reflected during checkout and in your order summary.

The delivery status of your products can be tracked through our shipping partners. In the event of any further delay or lack of communication from our shipping partner, we will strive to keep you proactively informed regarding the status of your order.

The delivery fee on checkout is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, eligible return or exchange, an additional delivery fee shall be levied on the customer.

Unfortunately, our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment (if applicable). We would request you to consider any restrictions your residence that may hinder delivery and get in touch with us to ascertain if your order can be safely and practicably brought in your house.

During the delivery process, we would urge you to keep note of the following:

  1. Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, unfinished patches, or borer/insect infestations
  2. For all products that involve assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product, so you are sure that all nuts and bolts are present, and they fit well
  3. For all products that require wall installation, kindly decide prior to the delivery team’s visit on the exact location in your house where you would want to place your product, and instruct the delivery team to fix the product, please ensure that you have taken all necessary approvals prior for any drilling etc. that may be required to fix wall items in your apartment/home
  4. We undertake stringent stress tests for all your products and strive to ensure that all products meet the strictest quality control criteria.
  5. For all products kept on the floor, ensure that the product stands steady and straight. In case there is an uneven leg, our team will install bushes at the foot of that leg to balance the product better or find suitable alternatives to repair or replace the product, if necessary
  6. For all seating products, kindly sit on the item to ensure that the structure is stable with your weight on it.
  7. Wood has natural qualities such as differing grain patterns, minimal stain differences and small knots that do not hamper its structure rigidity in any manner.
  8. Hard wood products may expand a small extent during the summer months because of which some drawers may get stuck! There is nothing to worry on this front – if you give a call to our Customer Support team, our after-sales service team will come and minimize the expansion effect by sanding (using sand paper) on the sides of the product

Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honour manufacturing defects, and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.

Our products have been designed keeping in mind a quick and effortless installation process. The installation of our products are undertaken either by our employees or through reputed third-party service companies who have been adequately trained and informed on the installation procedure.
